ComeToParis.com is owned and operated by ComeToParis registered in France ("ComeToParis "). By accessing any areas of the ComeToParis site ("site"), users ("Users" or "you" or "customer(s)") agree to be legally bound and to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any command sent to ComeToParis implies to submit to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Site. Users should make certain that they read and fully understand all of the provisions of these terms and condition as applicable.

PAYMENT

Users, who give their credit card number to the services of ComeToParis, accept to be fully submitted to these terms and conditions. The payment does not imply an invoice for their booking. This will be send by email with the voucher by mail. User agrees that if a service satisfying your request is confirmed, ComeToParis will confirm the reservation and charge the entire amount of the stay, including standard city and sales taxes, to your credit card. Depending on the hotel you select, a local tax or "hotel occupancy tax" may apply. Theses taxes will be added by your hotel and will be payable at check out. When you check in, a credit card might be required to secure any additional local hotel occupancy taxes and incidental charges (phone calls, room service, movie rentals, etc.) that you may incur during your stay. CASHING ComeToParis gives you the best quality of service. That is why we only charge you for the available services of your request. For any extra cost, the user will be asked for an authorization. The bank transfer will only be dealt with ComeToParis specifications. The total amount for the available products will be charged when ComeToParis will decide it.

PRIVACY AND SECURE PAYMENTS ComeToParis works with a reliable bank to operate the on-line payment. The privacy of your credit card information is secured by a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system operated by this bank. Though you get the best quality of service for your on-line payment. Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted.

PRICES

Our prices are net and include tax. The payment is due in Euros (€). The other indicated prices are computed on the current base but ComeToParis does not warranty these prices. The prices in other currencies are indicative. The shipping fees for vouchers are in additions to the prices of the services provided by ComeToParis. This fee is indicated on the "basket" page of the user. Federal Express, DHL, TNT, UPS or any other similar firm will operate this shipping. The public rates are also indicative. They might be different from the prices the user will see in Paris. No special promotion is included. These public rates have been gathered when ComeToParis visited the hotels or its providers. They are computed on the same base, if possible, as the ComeToParis prices in Euros. The rates' base is written before all the prices. If not, the only reference will be the one written on the ComeToParis voucher. Price Validity: The indicated prices on the ComeToParis site are valid since their publication and in general for a season long. If the customer's request exceed this period, ComeToParis can propose an extra charge to the customer. This extra charge isn't negotiable. ComeToParis can at any time modify the rates published on ComeToParis 's site.

Confidentiality

ComeToParis is committed not to use the data collected in an illegal way. The customer can at any time be cancelled from the list by writing at ComeToParis. The list has been declared to Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberte and comply with this French law: loi n¡78-17 du 6 Janvier 1978. By this mean, the customer can avoid his data to be used by anyone else than ComeToParis.

Vouchers

The customer will receive one voucher per service reserved with ComeToParis. These vouchers will be send by e-mail and/or by mail (that is why we need your address). You will only receive the vouchers by mail if you ask us to do it. This will be made only if the reservation occurs more tha n one month before arrival. You absolutely must show these vouchers to obtain the service you reserved thanks to ComeToParis. This voucher is the proof of your reservation. If you do not print and show your vouchers, the services you have booked will not be delivered.

Geographic Zone

Provided that ComeToParis publishes its products on Internet, the customers can have all nationalities. These terms and conditions apply in almost all countries, but in some (countries where there is no efficient transportation system), an extra fee can be charged for the shipping. ComeToParis can take no complaint in account if there was a delay in the shipping of the vouchers.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION DUE TO COMETOPARIS

ComeToParis does its best for its customer to enjoy their journey in Paris. But in case of causae majores, or a third party act (such as strikes), ComeToParis could not be responsible for the consequences. ComeToParis will always try to look for the best way to make the situation better. If, before arrival, the journey is modified for an essential part of the contract, the customer can, in the period of seven days after he/she has been informed by ComeToParis, either cancel his reservation (by mail only), so the customer will get his money back, either decide to benefit from the modified journey, so the customer will be asked to accept the rates modification that can occur. In any case, no allowance will be granted if the journey is modified due to causae majores or due to the security of the customers. In addition, ComeToParis' providers keep their responsibility toward the customer. So ComeToParis will not be responsible for a modification or a cancellation due to one of ComeToParis's provider.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION DUE TO THE CUSTOMER

In case of cancellation, the customer will be asked to write us with acknowledgement of receipt. The date, when the letter is sent, will be the reference. Between the reservation date and 30 days prior to the service's date, 30 Euros per person will be retained. Less than 29 days prior to the service's date, 50% of the total amount will be retained. Less than 15 days prior to the service's date, the total amount is due to ComeToParis and no refund can be done. Each journey that has been begun, is considered as fully provided. No allowance can be asked in this case. For a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be retained. Each service or product reserved thanks to ComeToParis is considered as confirmed as soon as it has been paid and a voucher has been sent for it by ComeToParis.

Each modification asked by the customer will be dealt, if there is availability, with an extra fee of 15 Euros per person in addition to the extra cost. Less than 15 days prior to the service's date, a modification will be dealt as a cancellation (see details above).

For special dates (Dec 24th, Dec 31st, Feb 14th, July 14th or any other specified date), modification and cancellation less than 30 days prior to the service's date, implies that the total amount is due to ComeToParis and no refund can be done.

DELAYS

Delays might occur due to traffic jam in Paris. In case of delay, ComeToParis will not be responsible for any additional expenses that might occur due to this delay. ComeToParis always does its best to schedule transfers with enough time to deliver the best service. Especially, ComeToParis will not be liable of any airline or train ticket additional charge: regarding private transfers, if the driver is late, the customer has to make sure that the time left is large enough to catch the flight or the train.

DESCRIPTIONS

ComeToParis is doing its best to give you the best quality of information. If you do have remarks or information to give us, we will be very pleased to include them in our database. Some of the features can also be modified. No allowance will be granted in case of complaint. Drawings, pictures, texts, and the whole site are ComeToParis's property. So no use can them can be made without the authorization of ComeToParis. Some of the pictures are free of exploitation, their author are indicated if possible. Each voucher sent by ComeToParis is the confirmation of your booking. ComeToParis's customer relieve ComeToParis from any injury or responsibility that could occur during their journey in Paris, according to the French and European laws. In addition, they also admit the hotel rule. If you have special needs or requests (such as (non)smoking room, pet accommodations, type of bedding, connecting rooms, view, floor location, wheel-chair accessible room, etc.), you must fill the comment form of your reservation to verify that special needs or special requests can be met after your reservation is confirmed. The ComeToParis Parties make no guarantee that special needs or requests will be met. A hotel reservation cannot be refunded, canceled or modified on the basis that the special needs of a guests were not (or could not be) met by the hotel. Menus are subject to change.

Availability

ComeToParis gives you the best quality of service. Nevertheless, the services provided by ComeToParis are submitted to availability. No allowance will be granted in case of no availability. ComeToParis is not obliged to treat a command.
When there is no availability, ComeToParis tries to give an alternative opportunity. This is out of the contract. To some extent, the hotels' room rates can be modified. The extra fee will be submitted to the customer in the booking confirmation.

The commands

For the request or command to proceed, ComeToParis aks the customer to fill forms. The essential information to provide are shown by an asterisk. No request can be treated without these pieces of information.
If an error happens because of wrong address or name, due to the customer, ComeToParis would not be responsible. Last, the automated systems of recording show proofs of the contract and its date.

Proceeding the commands

Any command or request is confirmed by ComeToParis only after ComeToParis has send to the customer by mail or e-mail a confirmation of its work. Causae majores can prevent ComeToParis to complete his task. No complaint can be made about this. ComeToParis reserve the right not to treat some requests. In this case, ComeToParis will try to inform its potential customer by e-mail.

Waiting period

We take care of our customers: that is why we do our best to give you will have to allow two working days between your request and our answer. Nevertheless, this point is out of the contract.
If the customer does not receive the vouchers before his arrival, he/she will have the opportunity to get them at ComeToParis's office in Paris. The waiting periods indicated here are out of the contract and give no special right to any allowance.
While ComeToParis will use its best efforts to respond within the time periods indicated on this Site, no guarantee is made that you will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your ComeToParis Request within the stated processing time. ComeToParis.com is not responsible for any delays in responding to a ComeToParis request caused by an incorrect e-mail address provided by the User or other technical problems beyond ComeToParis reasonable control.

Emails and Shipping

We recommend our customer to verify what they receive by email. Do not throw away the email if you are not sure nothing important is in.

Damages and Complaints - General Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMETOPARIS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, "THE COMETOPARIS PARTIES"), BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY USE OF THIS SITE, EVEN IF A COMETOPARIS PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The ComeToParis Parties do not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default of a Hotel Supplier, or by an act of God. Further, no responsibility is accepted for any damage and/or delay due to hotel cancellations, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or causes beyond the ComeToParis Parties' control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays or acts of any governmental authority.

A ComeToParis Party may at any time modify these terms and Conditions and your continued use of this Site will be conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions posted on this Site at the time of your use.
