Gustav Klimt from April 13th to November 11th 2018
For its opening, the Atelier des Lumières invites visitors to immerse themselves in the Viennese artistic universe of the late 19th century. Dominated by Gustav Klimt's genius, this period marked a major regeneration of European pictorial art. It opens the way to modern painting.
Directed by Gianfranco Iannuzzi, Renato Gatto and Massimiliano Siccardi, the exhibition traces the evolution of Gustav Klimt's work, his golden period, his portraits and landscapes. She also invites us on a journey to the heart of the works of her contemporaries, especially those of Egon Schiele, greatly influenced by the master.
