After reading the initial reviews I was concerned this would be a slap dab event. Also only being English speaking in France I thought we might struggle.

It is fair to say no of the above was an issue. Everything as advertised. The menu (good event food) desert was a show stopper. Good mix of people from all over the the world with differing language skills, however with the wine and champagne on flow this didn’t matter.

It was a fantastic night and one to remember. I will definitely be doing this again.

Staff and vessel were amazing, nothing to much trouble. Just do it. Fantastic experience.

C’était agréable mais problème d’organisation à l’accueil embarquement, le repas était raisonnablement bon. L’animation musicale était très bien. Au débarquement la soirée dansante était bien.

Perfect, Top organisiert , Essen war sehr gut, vielleicht wäre es besser in der Nähe vom Eifelturm die Feuerwerke zu beobachten und fürs neue Jahr anstoßen , das haben wir leider verpasst da wir wieder zurück gefahren sind, vor Mitternacht schade

Our expericence was ok. We had a nice new years eve. The staff was not well organised: At the quai there was a long waiting queue, where our names were checked, but the names on 4 different lists were not sorted by name. We had to wait, which lead to a late departure. The tour on the Seine was good very good, we could see the eiffel tower and the statue of liberty. The singer was very good and lovely. The dinner was ok, but the staff did not know whether to serve vetetarian or not. The vegetarien dinner was not as promised on the menu. The meat was replaced just by a second portion of mushrooms. The meat, fillet of veal, was not good (tough). Dinner was due to the late departure not finshed at 12 am, which was no big deal, but we had to leave the boat quickly after 12 am, so we get not the included dinner coffee at all. A bottle of water and 1/2 bottle of wine were included. Addional water and addional wine were not included. Addional water should have been free in my opinion. We did not finsh the wine. (I think, the company would save money, if they would inclued drinks in the price, so a table could serve itself and leave less wine over). We shared a table with 2 other couples. On the quai there was a DJ. We had a nice time dancing until 2 am until the party was over. The music was mainstream and very good for so many different nationalities and ages. In total we had a nice evening. The price of 350 € per person was too high for the service quality and average dinner.

The Dinner was perfect. The service was not good enough.

Tout était parfait SAUF les mails qui nous annonçaient les changements de lieu d'embarquement et ceci par 3 fois et le dernier moins de 12h avant le départ. Les étrangers qui étaient majoritaires ont dû être contents pour s'y retrouver !

The Marina Boat, on the pictures were the tables for two persons, but as we went there, there were no tables for two persons, we were sitting with 10 other peoples on one groupe table. This is not Correct.

The New Year's eve dinner cruise was wonderful. The staff was excellent. We had a few minutes of concern at the end when we were told there would be cabs available for the return to our hotels only to find out none had been reserved. There was some confusion and lack of communication between the boat staff and the staff at reception but we were finally able to obtain a cab on our own and all ended well. I would recommend your services to anyone with the caution of making sure they had rides reserved well in advance.
