La réservation en ligne a permis d'être intégré sur une file beaucoup plus rapide que celle sans réservation préalable.
Le musée de l'orangerie est a voir absolument pour ses gigantesques fresques des peintures de Monet au jardins de Giverny (nymphéas notamment).

Making a reservation for the D'Orsay was easy and transparent, and the e-reservation came through immediately. Thus I was able to print it before I left home.

However, the Louvre e-reservation took about 24 hours to be delivered, which meant that I was already in Paris by that point and unable to print it out. I had my iPad, so I could show the reservation on the screen, but for someone without a smart device it may have been a problem.

Moreover, it wasn't clear why the reservation was initially flagged as "in preparation" - only when I had the small print elsewhere in the Louvre booking pages did I discover that e-tickets can take up to 48 hours to be processed and delivered. It would be helpful to make this more transparent, I think.

On the whole, the site is very convenient and useful, and I would recommend it. I shall certainly use it again - but 48 hours before I leave home!

Excellent site pour commander des billets, rapide, clair, efficace, et permet de télécharger la facture aussi, ce qui n'est pas le cas pour la plupart des autres sites, où pour satisfaire les exigences comptables, il faut entamer le parcours du combattant pour arriver à avoir la facture. Bravo

Once at the office it was fine. But having to get there to pick up the pass was an unpleasant experience.

Easy to book and convenient. Was able to skip lines for Sainte-Chapelle Chapelle, L’Orangerie and Musee D’Orsay. Just showed them the tickets on my iPhone.

Ich habe falsch gebucht. Nach telefonische Anfrage wurde die falsche Bestellung storniert und ich erhielt eine Gutschrift. Danach konnte ich richtig buchen, mit der Gutscheincode! Schnelle Hilfe, nach 10 Minuten war alles erledigt. Super!
