I got nervous after ordering my tickets, because I didn’t get the email with the tickets until the next day. I got the confirmation email right away, but not the actual tickets until the next day. Then I read some bad reviews from other people saying they had gotten scammed. So I got nervous. But then the tickets came in an email, and they worked! I’ll also tell you that all the other ticket sites were sold out of their tickets for this event (touring the Palais Garnier), as well as tickets directly at the Palais Garnier. People were being turned away. So I was very happy to find these tickets! I will use this site again in the future to buy tickets, for sure.

This was a must see for me, but my Husband enjoyed it immensely. Fantastic.

La réservation nous a permis d'entrer sans passer par une file d'attente
Accès rapide ,très belle visite nous avions pris un audioguide indispensable pour avoir des informations et nous indique le Sens de la visite

Magnifique lieu d'accès facile. Un incontournable à visiter.

Visite époustouflante, mais déçue de n'avoir pas pu assister à un ballet ou sa répétition(Gisèle pour ne pas le citer...), depuis la Province c'est compliqué.

Estuvo bien, lastima que no pudimos ver el teatro y es enserio ya que estaban ensayando.

Compré las entradas y a los 5' las recibí por mail. Conforme con el servicio.

Me atendieron muy bien. Fue escasa la info ofrecida en la audio guia . .uy reducido el espacio mostrado. Maravilloso lo observado .

This visit would have rated five stars, except that the Auditorium was closed to the public, so we were unable to view the Chagall ceiling, which was the primary prpose of our visit. Whilst that was a disappointment, I recognise that it was closed for necessary reasons and through no fault of the Opera House management. The remainder of the house was undeniably magnificent and well worth a visit in its own right. The cost was an extremely reasonable Eur 15 and was very good value. The venue was well run with a welcoming and helpful team.

Schneller Einlass, nicht zu voll. Unglaublicher Prunk und kunstvolle Arbeiten. Angenehme Atmosphäre, schön war, dass man in den Aufführungssaal hineinschauen konnte. Gerne würde ich eine Aufführung besuchen.

Edificio molto bello, utile avere i biglietti in anticipo.

L'opéra est magnifique et à découvrir absolument.
Dommage que le nombre de visiteurs ne soit pas plus limité car c'était parfois à la limite de la bousculade.
Et au détriment de la découverte de cet endroit fabuleux.
Les poses photos successives en haut de l'escalier frisent souvent le ridicule...on se croirait sur un plateau de shooting photos !!

Ticket online bestellen und direkt reingehen - hat super geklappt. Eintritt zahlen „nur“ zum Besuchen des Gebäudes trotzdem etwas teuer.

Très belle promenade en bateau, dommage que l'on entendait pas les explications des monuments

Attention à l'heure d'arrivée si vous voulez prendre le temps d'écouter les explications de la tablette et observer

Magnifique moment, nous avons pu découvrir l'opéra Garnier à notre rythme submergé par la splendeur des lieux.
Dommage que certains visiteurs se prennent pour des tops model en mobilisant et en envahissant certains endroits pour faire des shooting photos.
