Αξίζει πολύ να την δείτε!!! Είναι πολύ ωραία!
Trés bien.
Le Palace c'est magnifique.
Il manque le audio guide.
The Opera Garnier is magnificent!
We suggest to get an audio guide at the place.
the self guided tour is the best way to travel through the opera house. You do not have a time limit and can see one of the most beautiful buildings both inside and outside, to see in Paris.
Editorial Review
The Palais Garnier, a true gem of Parisian architecture, embodies the very essence of the 19th century and the splendor of French culture. Inaugurated in 1875, this building is not only a temple of music and dance but also a symbol of elegance and artistic innovation. Designed by architect Charles Garnier, its eclectic style blends baroque and classical elements, creating a majestic atmosphere that captivates every visitor.
Guests cannot help but be awed by the wealth of details that adorn both the façade and the interior of the opera house. The gilded decorations, frescoes, and dazzling chandeliers are testaments to the devotion to art and the pursuit of beauty that characterize this edifice. The famous grand staircase, with its elegant lines and colorful marbles, is one of many features that contribute to making this place an unforgettable experience.
As a performance venue, the Palais Garnier has hosted some of the greatest classical and contemporary works. Audiences gather here to enjoy ballets, operas, and concerts, immersed in an ambiance that has transcended time. The acoustics of the auditorium are often praised, allowing voices and instruments to resonate fully within this cultural cocoon.
Moreover, the Palais Garnier reflects the history of Paris, having withstood tumultuous periods while remaining a beacon of artistic creativity. Strolling through its corridors, one can feel the echoes of the dreams and passions of the artists who have graced its stage. Visiting this place is to dive into a realm where art, history, and architecture beautifully intersect. The Palais Garnier is not just a building; it is a sensory and emotional experience, a must-visit for anyone interested in the beauty of culture.
