Very nice exposition, worth it!

We allocated one afternoon for Concigerie and Saint Chapelle but we only managed to visit the former. There was a few hours queue for the latter, so we could not meet it by the end of the day, regretfully.

Efficace pour acheter les billets. La sainte chapelle est une merveille . Peut être que la conciergerie manque d’informations à chaque étape. La tablette explicative est bien mais ne remplace pas les objets et les leubles

Effectivement très belle visite concernant la sainte chapelle et la conciergerie, mais vu que j'avais réservé pour 14h30 mon passage n'a été réalisé qu'a partir de 15h30, une désorganisation absolu sur la personne qui triait la liste des réservations à l'extérieur de l'entrée de la Sainte chapelle!!!
il ne contrôlait très peu les heures de réservations et se permettait même de quitté ce poste vers l'intérieur (ou il y a le portique peut-être ?) tous en laissant le dispositif de fermeture en accès libre et peu importe qui passe !!
Il faudrait aussi revoir la priorité des groupes car ceux-ci apparemment sont prioritaire ok mais jusqu'à combien de groupes et de personnes?
Interminable !!!!

E' comodo e facile acquistare il biglietto, ma non è sufficiente. Per accedere al monumento è obbligatorio prenotare anche l'orario. Sono due passaggi, che si traducono in due file da scaricare e/o da stampare

Gerring the tickets from you was relatively easy, but it would have been nice to have been able to choose our time slot right away with you, rather than having to go to another site to do that. Also having to set up 2 accounts and passwords with both you and the site was confusing and redundant. When I thought I had set up a time I found out the next day that it had not gone through and I had to take a later slot.

St. Chapelle is divided into the bottom layer, which has a beautiful ceiling of royal blue outlined in gilt, and the top layer which is where the outstanding glass windows are. Beautiful. And there are description sheets to read written in a number of languages to help people understand the history. Well worth a visit but not if you have tired children as the wait time can be awhile. Thank you for the experience.

Ottimo servizio. Nessun problema anche nel fissare l'orario di visita. Cinque stelle meritatissime!

Leider ist mir nicht aufgefallen das man eine Uhrzeit wählen muss. Das müsste besser gekennzeichnet werden.
Wir konnten aber trotzdem in die Kirche.

Other than it being so popular a timed entrance ticket is necessary, it is a deep, positive experience. And the handouts at the entrance are very interesting and appropriate.

Facile e veloce il Biglietto, la Sainte Chapelle è stupenda

Non posso dare le cinque stelle, perché nonostante avessi scelto un orario di ingresso, questo non risulta scritto sul biglietto. Quando ci siamo messe in fila, il signore che coordina gli ingressi ci ha mandato via (è stato molto scortese, ma questa è un'altra storia e un'altra recensione)
