The customer service representative called me to verify that I had not made any mistakes with my order.

nous sommes arrivés trop tard pour entrer dans le parc ou se tenait la parade et les feux d'artifice. déçus, nous nous sommes rabattus vers le 2nd parc

Покупал билеты в Диснейленд, немного волновался, но билеты прислали на e-mail в рабочее время, на следующий день. Можно заказать ещё много разных мероприятий по привлекательным ценам, есть скидки по промокоду и скидки на детские билеты. Рекомендую.

Já usei algumas vezes o serviço e em todas elas a experiência foi fantástica, nunca tive nenhum imprevisto. Recomendo a todos.

Franchement, je pensais faire plaisir à mes petits enfants en les emmenant à Disneyland... je crois que je me suis plus amusée qu'eux ! La parade est tellement belle. Un petit moment de confusion au moment de l'achat car je ne savais pas qu'il y avait deux parcs. Confusion vite dissipée en appelant Come to Paris qui m'a tout expliqué ! Il y a effectivement deux parcs dont un qui est plus centré sur les films Disney. Nous avons pris le billet Jour / Parcs et nous avons réussi à faire tout ce que nous voulions malgré le monde ! A refaire (même sans les petits-enfants!!!!)

Grande momento com a minha familha. Fica longe de Paris mas vale muito a pena e com o RER A (uma mistura de trem com metrô) que parte do centro de Paris, é tranquilo. Foi muito bom e voltarei com certeza!

Tout simplement magique. On est y est allé ce samedi, jour de l'ouverture des festivités de Noël à Disneyland Paris et ma fille et ses copines ont eu les yeux écarquillés jusqu'à la sortie. Vous ne savez même pas à quel point ça fait du bien de voir sa progéniture aussi heureuse. Vive Disneyland Paris !

First of all I would like to thank the team of Come to Paris! Our trip was like a dream. Paris is more than wonderful and the organization of our stay was fantastic. We enjoy the city tour, Disneyland, the palaces. We will never forget the New Year's Eve along the Seine. The food and the service were perfect. The Ambassador Hotel offered us a comfortable and cosy room. We shall visit Paris again!
