Super moment , pour l’anniversaire de ma femme.

Es war in Ordnung. Allerdings wird mehr angepriesen als tatsächlich angeboten wird. Bei dem Preis finde ich das schade.

Une expérience à faire pour profiter des lumières de Paris tout en dînant … service impeccable… nourriture correcte ,…le plat principal du bar très bon …à ce prix ça on ne s’attend pas à un repas gastronomique !
Les points négatifs : beaucoup de brouhaha et une climatisation trop forte …nos voisines américaines ont eu très froid… nous par chance avions prévu une veste !
Pour les lumières au début un peu déçus peu de bâtiments éclairés jusqu’à la grande bibliothèque ensuite ça s’arrange et se termine avec les superbes lumières de la Tour Eiffel et tout le monde est ravi !

Prestations au top. Les repas était très bon avec des mets de qualité. Les personnel est très aimable et l’accompagnement musical était très sympa. Mention très bien pour le demi tour au pied de la tour Eiffel au moment de son illumination. Ma fille en avait les larmes aux yeux ! Je ne peux pas comparer avec d'autres compagnies mais celle ci est à recommander.

Magnifique balade , le personnel rien à dire parfait . Le menu était excellent. J'enlève quand.meme un point pour le dessert qui selon moi et juste moi n'était pas fou malgré qu'il était bon et les chaise pas tres confortable .Mais sinon franchement merci pour cette soirée.

Soirée exceptionnelle, avec une vue magnifique sur les plus beaux monuments de Paris . Dîner magistral, personnels au petit soin du début à la fin. Ma fille se souviendra longtemps de son anniversaire. Je recommande vivement ce dîner croisière sur la Seine

Super. En famille avec 6 enfants l équipe a été au top . Spécial mention aux serveurs qui ont particulièrement était à l écoute et vraiment agréable. Repas très correct. Chanteuse très bien également

Very charming and elegant, despite the bad weathwer.
I was underwhelmed by the fact that the tour didn't go all the traject that was planned, and ended up earlier instead of adapting the speed or going through alternate ways.
The dinner was quite good.

This was our 2nd time doing the dinner cruise. Last years was great, this cruise was not. We ordered 3 beef meal which was an additional 9euros. We ask for well done no pink. We received pink meat. We asked to have it cooked very well. No pink, they brought it out for the 2nd time. 2 of the beef were cooked the 3rd still was not. We gave up and did not eat the 3rd. Then our water glass somehow cracked while drinking. We told our waiter who took the cup, but never filled it back up with the water. Sorta a bummer on those matters

Le service est professionnel, les plats bons, le cadre réussi. Par contre, l'attente dehors sur le quai au froid pendant trente minutes avant d'embarquer a été trop longue. Nous devions embarquer à 20h35, nous sommes montés a bord à 21h05. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un petit barnum ou abri pour réceptionner les clients et organiser l'attente au moins a l'abri du vent glacial.

Mucho mejor de lo previsto. El paseo es muy bonito, en algún momento espectacular. La comida muy agradable. El servicio muy profesional y amable.

Cruise was lovely and the food was great. We made the mistake of booking on an associated site and not with the cruise line directly. Thus there was a price mark up of 30 euros. Don’t make this mistake and book directly.

Leider wurde der Einstiegsort kurzfristig verlegt, wir haben jedoch vorab keine Information erhalten. Dort wurde uns auch gesagt, dass der Zustieg bereits 15 Minuten früher, als in der Buchung bestätigt sei. Also mussten wir mit dem Taxi zum neuen Anleger fahren, um den Zustieg zu ermöglichen. Metro oder Laufen war aus Zeitgründen keine Option. Diese Information kam über Paris Seine vor Ort am Info Container. Obwohl alle Kontaktdaten hinterlegt waren, gab es keine Information vorab.

Das Essen war gut, wenngleich man in Paris im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gesehen besser Essen kann. Der Service war schnell und freundlich.

Die 15 Euro p.P. für einen Fensterplatz sind recht hoch gegriffen, die Sicht war super, aber auch in der 2. Reihe sieht man alles gut.

Beautiful food, beautiful evening!

Fun and relaxing atmosphere. Food is good, but look at the menu first if you have a picky eater in your group. Great birthday cake and fun recognition if you are celebrating a birthday.
BE VERY CAREFUL about the pedicabs that await you as you get off the boat. Our pedicab drove us about 3 or 4 blocks and expected 50 euros. I gave him 20 and he backed down, but there was a time I thought he may have had a weapon. Just be careful or walk. Paris is beautiful and our walk was easy.

Good experience, was pleased with food and drink options. The live singer was a nice touch, just slightly too loud for our liking.

The experience was amazing. We saw all the sites at night with a great dinner, water and wine was included. Paris is gorgeous at night, all lit up under the twinkle lights. Our boat didnt rush like many of the other boats, you see some packed boats with ferry seating and they go so quick to get in as many trips as possible. Our boat sailed at a relaxed pace, we had a window table. Live entertainment was pleasant and not too loud but wonderfully engaging. My only complaint would be the address provided and pin drop points you inside a building....don't go there! note to others go to address and head to the river, leave time as it might take longer as you will have to go to the end of a huge city block to cross at the crosswalk then walk down the path/stairs to the river. Also our boat wasn't full so they let the people who didn't pay the extra fee to sit by the window ~ sit by the window and crowd our table. Doesn't feel fair to squeeze more people in a small area when the boat wasn't full. It took away from our overall experience but we still had a wonderful time.

We booked the evening dinner cruise with drinks and it was superb. Fantastic service, beautiful food, friendly professional staff and lovely boat. Overall a fantastic evening and we would definitely recommend.

Très agréable moment avec des serveurs bienveillants

Très agréable, cette croisière qui part à 21h15 nous a permis d'avoir la vue sous la tour Eiffel de nuit t surtout au retour avec l'illumination de 23h.
Tout est parfait, le tarif Dîner croisière romantique permet effectivement d'avoir une place assurée le long de la vitre, par contre, juste un petit bémol, manque de précisions sur le contenu du menu, dans le descriptif du menu, "dîner au champagne" se limite à une flute de champagne par personne.
Je recommande cette croisière.

The boat ride was lovely. The appetizer and dessert were good. I ordered the chicken for the main course and it was nothing special; kind of dry dry. For the price we paid, I was hoping the food would have tasted a little better.

Trip was very nice and the food was delicious. Very professional and entertaining staff.

Waiting to board in the cold and rain was quiet dreary. Tables could benefit from a nicer setting, even just a tablecloth...Food,service and singer,were nothing special but good! Yetthe whole package was easily the best and MOST enjoyable evening spent in Paris !!! THANK YOU!

I initially booked 3 tickets and later booked another, I sent an email asking for all 3 of us to be together. I am in the U.S. and cannot call and was advised this would be okay but when we got to the boat we were told we might not be able to sit together for the Seine River Dinner, which would have been very awkward and uncomfortable. Luckily they let us sit together.
