Bateaux Parisiens was superb, relaxing, romantic and great fun. Food was first class and entertainment very enjoyable. Great way to see the sights!! Taxi transfers from airport on time and friendly. The overall service from 'Come To Paris' cannot be faulted, excellent. Many thanks.

Transfers were fantastic, always on time and drivers (bar one) were friendly and helpful.
Coaches were clean and a good standard.
My only negative points were that the driver from the airport did not know the exact location of the hotel and drove straight past, taking an extra 15 minutes to get back again through the one-way system.
Also there were no toilets on the coaches.

Arranged private transfer through /chi/. They were very helpful clarifying questions about where the driver would be etc.
Both transfers were in clean quality (Merc) vehicles the "inbound" driver was very friendly and helpful. The retur
n trip driver was courteous but spoke very little. Both helped with our cases. The service is more expensive than getting a taxi but you have the assurance that they know who you are, where you are going so there is one less thing to worry about.

This was the second time we have used Air City Service by booking through Come To Paris and we have been very satisfied with the service and convenience of the service. We especially like having the facility inside CDG airport where it is much easier to find and use. We will definitely use this service on our next trip to Paris.

This is an excellent service...eliminates all the worry and baggage handling. Our driver was waiting for us right outside of customs...and car was waiting not more than 25 meters away...did not have to walk with luggage, stand in line, get hasseled...was great. He also drove us right to the front door of the hotel. Driver was friendly and courteous as well and we talked the entire time (45 minutes from airport to downtown Paris) and he pointed out various landmarks as we drove by. When we got home, an e-mail was waiting for us asking how there service was...this is definately the way to go...if we had taken the metro (which is great) the steps wuld have killed us with all the luggage....

The airport transfers worked very well. Unfortunately I tripped and broke my hip on the fourth day in Paris and was unable to take the reserved VIP Bateaux Parisienne cruise. The driver taking us to CDG was very helpful in organising a wheelchair at the airport. All come to Paris arrangements worked well. The French people were wonderful to us- from the passersby at the accident to all the staff at Saint-Antoine Hopital despite our limited knowledge of the French language. Merci Beaucoup!

Thanks for the great evening you organized for our team meeting. The transfer from our hotel to the Bateaux Parisiens was perfectly on time. The Bateaux Mouches Parisiens offer a high-end experience, with a perfect service, a marvelous boat, excellent food and drinks (for all of my colleagues coming from various places in Europe) and plenty of time to admire the Parisian monuments.

The service could not have been better! The driver was right there at the door when we exited customs and was parked only about 50 meters away. He had a very comfortable car that accomodated all four of us and even had luggage room to spare. The return trip was equally good with the driver being even a bit early. We had anticipated it would take more time, but he got us there is very short order and was able to let us out very near the ticket counter - once again only about 50 meters away.
With all the hassles associated with flying these days, such service was so welcome and a good value. We'll use them from now on.

Hi, I enjoyed my stay in Paris, and everything you booked for me went well. I was the only one on the gourmet walking tour of the markets, so we were able to taylor it to my needs. We had a lovely, leisurely walk through some wonderful markets and shops. I got to taste olive oils, balsamic vinegar, pastries, chocolates -- all very nice. My guide was knowledgeable and very pleasant.
I enjoyed my dinner on the Bateaux Mouches, but would have preferred a bit of narration so I would have known what I was seeing. The dinner and service were very nice, the boat was comfortable (all the tables are next to windows), and Paris at night was beautiful!

The Don Juan II was THE BEST in service, friendliness, atmosphere, style and cuisine. I also would like to extend a huge ‘thank you’ to Xavier, our driver for both events we attended. I meant to leave my email address with him as I wanted to practice my French with him as much as he wanted to practice his English with me! He was hugely entertaining and informative and made us feel very safe, making sure we had no issues entering our events (Moulin Rouge and Don Juan II) and being RIGHT THERE to pick us up as well. The 2CV tour was superb as was Moulin Rouge Feerie. Our Paris adventure has made lifetime memories thanks in part to your services. Congratulations on your outstanding team. Thanks for your assistance, you helped to make our visit to Paris a trip of a life time. This was my first time to leave the country and your arranging the airport transfer eased the pressure of making it to the hotel. The driver was prompt, helpful and polite, making our first contact with the city most comfortable. We celebrated our 20th anniversary with a dinner cruse by bateaux parisiens. It was everything, and more, than we expected. The service was wonderful, the food fantastic and the atmosphere could only be described as romantic. Thanks again for your help. We used Cometoparis for airport transfers and Bateaux Parisienne VIP cruise. The four transfers went very smoothly despite problems with a taxi drivers strike on one occasion. The cruise was excellent- only marred by American music rather than French music during dinner. We have no hesitation in recommending /fre/

Kudos to Come To Paris for all of their services. All our arrangements were very well done. The airport transfer services were excellent and on time with friendly staff. Our tours were also great, especially the 3-hour mini-van tour of Paris. The guide was very funny and informative and dropped us off at our preferred destination at the end. The Cityrama trip to Normandy was very well planned with commentary, a delicious lunch, and visits to memorable sites. I highly recommend the Moulin Rouge caberet--fantastic.

The driver who picked me up in Paris was very good. We enjoyed a nice conversation en route, en francais. He handled the baggage; he was polite, well dressed and tout sympa.

When I make my easy jet reservation for the end of October, I will call you again for a transfer from Paris to the airport.

Even though the flight was delayed, the driver for our transfer was there no problem and took us directly to the Hotel. Being first time in Paris, this was a great way to arrive and see some of the sights on the way to the hotel. I should have probably booked a few more things through CometoParis.

I had booked the trip to Paris as a treat for my elderly grandmother and wanted to make the journey as stress free as possible for her so having the transfers were great.

We were slightly worried when we didn't see anyone holding a board with our names as we came through customs as described but we spotted him within a couple of minutes so there was no problem.

Both transfers were very comfortable and I was pleased we'd booked them as it took away any potential stress getting to and from the airport!

The driver for the private transfer from CDG to the accommodation in Paris was extraordinarily helpful in working with my elderly father. The driver was very courteous, engaged my father in conversation, and was very patient and respectful of my father's advanced age and fraility. I would not hesitate to use /chi/ for private transfers again.

We had a wonderfull (but expencive) time. The Organisation from Come to Paris was 100% okay. The Transfer was punctual and very, very friendly. The "Lunch-Cruise" was more then excellent and the City-Tour incl. Louvre was very good guided. The price of 155 € p.P. was okay. Especially our Guide (Gwen ?) did her Job so, as we had not often seen. Thank you

We were very impressed with the excellent service. The driver arrived in less than ten minutes from the time we used the phone to let him know we arrived. A great start to a wonderful stay in Paris. I have been to Paris before and did not know about this service. It was perfect to go right from the airport to the hotel door. The private transfer car was great, very spacious. But I'm afraid the driver did not know his way around the Rue St Martin and Rue de Rivoli area and was getting very frustrated with the one way streets. At the end he drop us off quite a distance away and we had to drag our suitcase and carry bags to our apartment. Although it was nice to have the car service waiting I think it would be just as easy to catch the taxi next time. Thanks anyway Did we organise the Marina de Bercy cruise through you. Al finalizar las vacaciones, nos recogieron por la mañana para llevarnos al aeropuerto y tenían que buscarnos a las 7 de la mañana y llegaron a las 7'20, el chofer muy amable se disculpó por el tráfico, pero pensamos que nos tenían que haber llamado al movil para tranquilizarnos por el retraso.

We celebrated our good friend's 50th birthday in Paris. I found the Come to Paris website and booked an airport transfer. Booking was easy. Confirmation and pick-up details were sent to us by return. Our driver was on time; spoke very good English and was incredibly polite and helpful. It really started our weekend off well. Our friends were suitably impressed as they had never been to Paris before. Our transfer back to the airport went equally smoothly and pleasantly. Excellent show at the Moulin Rouge. Dinner disappointing however.
Minibus trip to Versailles was worthwhile but the traffic on a Sunday was horrific. Felt sorry for Phil, the driver. Impossible for him to collect passengers from 2 different hotels with only 15 minutes in between.

The pick up driver was slightly late, however he was extremely pleasant and helpful. It made the journey very pleasant. The return journey on the 1st January was also very good. The driver again was helpful and courteous.
I would definitely use this service again as it was stress free and added to the enjoyment of the holiday

Servicio de ida y vielta al aeropuerto correctísima. Como que el conductor no sabia español y yo tampoco frances pue no pudimos realizar las preguntar turísticas de rigor. No obstante esto no es ningun problema ni obstaculo.
Una pequeña observación a indicar el vihiculo que nos trasladó del aeropuerto al hotel hacia olor a tabaco, a los que no somos fumadores es un poco molesto.
Espero contar en un futuro con sus servicios. Ya se como localizarles.

Wir hatten ein tolles Erlebnis auf dem Schiff. Der zugeordnete Platz war perfekt (Im Eingangsbereich und direkt an der Scheibe, nicht im Hauptsaal). Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super!
