The meeting point is the ‘Concierge’ lounge area on the 5th floor of La Coupole, the main store.

Over the course of the day you can visit one of the store’s delightful restaurants to relax with a pâtisserie and a soft drink. Then it’s back to your shopping spree. Fill out the form for a VAT refund (if you are a non-European citizen) and request delivery of your goods to your hotel or residence in Paris.
