Common questions

🛳️ What is the best dinner cruise in Paris?

For a memorable experience, we recommend to you the Bateaux Parisiens company, which offers an intimate setting, a delicious menu, a flawless service and an ideal location at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. The first menu for an 8:30pm departure costs 99€ per person.

⚓ Where on the Seine do the boats leave from?

Many companies offer cruises with dinner, with boarding docks all along the Seine: The Eiffel Tower (Bateaux Parisiens), the Pont de l’Alma (Bateaux Mouches), the Orsay Museum (Marina de Paris), the Ile aux Cygnes (Capitaine Fracasse), Bastille (Yachts de Paris).

🗺️ What route do the boats take?

For the service with dinner, all the boats take a similar route, going up to the François Mitterrand library to the East and up to the Ile aux Cygnes with the Statue of Liberty to the West, going past the Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Orsay Museum and the Louvre.

⏱️ How long does a dinner cruise take in Paris?

The majority of the cruises which leave at 8pm, go for between 2 and 2 and a half hours. Paris en Scène offers the shortest routes, between 1 hour 15 minutes and an hour and a half with several evening departures.

👔 How should one dress for the dinner cruises?

There is no strict dress code but for everyone’s comfort, the correct clothing is required. No shorts or flip-flops.

✨ Can you see the fireworks from the boat?

Yes, for the 14th July (Bastille day, the national day of France), at the time of the letting off of the fireworks, the boats park as close as possible to the Eiffel Tower to enjoy the best view. Some even offer outdoor terraces. See all our July 14th cruises.
For December 31st, the pyrotechnic show takes place on the Champs-Elysées in Paris, and is therefore not visible from the boats on the Seine. The evening on the Seine remains wonderful with all the monuments of Paris illuminated. All cruise lines offer New Year's Eve evenings with special menus and evenings of dancing.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Do you offer special group offers for the cruises?

Yes, starting from 10 people. Please contact us on +33 (0)1 82 83 12 04 or fill in our form for a group quote.
