Go back in time, imagine the 19th century, the rich cuisine of eastern France and the friendliness of gargantuan meals of yesteryear. It may be tucked under a porchway hidden away in a paved courtyard, but once you have found the Brasserie Flo, you will never forget it.

It was the first brasserie to captivate Jean Paul Bucher and even today, it still retains the flavour of Alsace, where the beer always has a good head and the foie gras melts in your mouth, close to Republique.

Yes, we are very satisfied with everything. The food in Brasserie Flo was very good, the service as well. The only thing we are not satisfied with was the service in the wardrobe. It was chaotic. They had no system, and told us that our clothes were not ours. At last it was taken care of. We are happy that we took a taxi to the restaurant! It was a suspect area!

Your service has been good, and we can recommend both the restaurant and using “Come to Paris”! And of course Paris is outstanding!
