The evening begins with a glass of champagne, a perfect way to start the festivities. Two starters will then awaken your taste buds: a French-style chilled pea dish with smoked turkey breast and crispy croutons, followed by a line-caught sea bass ceviche enhanced with citrus, pomegranate, and avocado — a delicate blend of textures and flavors.

For the main course, the chef offers roast free-range yellow chicken from Normandy, served with truffle mashed potatoes, green asparagus, and a flavorful jus. Next comes the cheese course: a generous selection featuring truffled camembert, Cantal AOP, and Morbier AOP, paired with crispy romaine lettuce and homemade fig jam.
