Dinner started late

Dinner started late. There was a lot of disorganization while waiting to board the boat. Dinner was DELICIOUS though. Great service!

Christmas lunch cruise on Grand Pouvais…

Christmas lunch cruise on Grand Pouvais was 30 minutes late. Entrees were changed by the crew as they ran out of what we ordered. Main course was okay but food on the cold side of warm. Dessert was good. Arrived back about 10 mins late. Service was average and it seemed the staff had no idea. Annoying photographer asking 15 Euro for one photo. Great cruise though and saw good sights.

Fabulous Time!

We had a wonderful time. The food was really good and the staff was great. I only wish we could be in Paris again next Christmas Eve so we could go again.

Je donne 4/5 car les membres de l'équipages étaient très attentionnés, accueil chaleureux et sympa. Pour la nourriture c'est autre chose, l'entrée était bon, le vin rouge était correct ainsi que le champagne mais le plat principal était moyen, le dessert était valable, les tables n'étaient pas exactement ce qu'on voie sur la photo avec une nappe blanche un peu décevant car c'est la fête. L'ambiance était quand même festif surtout en passant devant la tour Eiffel . Conclusion, on était assez content de ce diner croisière de Noël sur la Seine une expérience une fois dans la vie, je recommande!

Un repas du réveillon de Noël à la perfection, nous avons senti une vraie implication du personnel et alors l’arrivée à la Tour Eiffel juste au moment des illuminations un vrai bonheur.bravo à vous.

Experience agréable mais

Experience très agréable de part la vue, la qualité du service et des plats.
Mais un peu gâché par un niveau sonore tellement élevé ! Et par des vitres salles, ce qui gêne la vue

Une expérience unique quelque peu désagréable car l'attente dans le froid a paru longue sans agencement adéquat type '' tente chauffée'' le menu était imposé pour l'entrée et le dessert mais cela s'est éclairci avec des mets somptueux, une musique lounge et des belles vue

Cena Nochebuena en el barco

Experiencia favorable para celebrar en familia la Nochebuena, con buena cena y vistas, aunque lo malo fue que para entrar al barco nos tuvieron más de media hora fuera en la calle pasando frío con personas mayores y niños. Hasta que no se quejaron unos franceses que iban con una señora muy mayor, no nos dejaron entrar a todos.

Super gestion de la commande. Seul gros bémol le manque d'informations concernant l'embarquement et l'organisation d'accueil. Pour une croisière du réveillon de noël, il est évident que les températures seront basses. Faire attendre les gens dans le froid n'est pas acceptable.
Aussi, nous avons payé un menu adulte pour un enfant de 10 ans la limite étant fixé à 9ans. On nous a servi pourtant un menu enfant.
