What a fantastic cruise! Very friendly staff, great service, excellent quality Champagne, wines and dishes. We didn't expect this high level of quality on a tourist boat! Compliments.

Food and service were excellent. A great value

I would highly recommend this cruise. The food was excellent and you don’t walk away hungry. The wine was delicious. After seeing several other boats go past us I knew we made the right choice. It was spendy, but worth every penny. I had the beef, it was so tender, like butter. My husband had the chicken and said it was great.

We had a wonderful experience on Bateau Parisian’s. Lunch cruise. The meal was spectacular and service was top notch. Would highly recommend. We purchased our tickets online and everything went very smoothly.

This was a wonderful experience to celebrate my sister's birthday! My mom and sisters were so delighted with our table selection- We chose the window seats with a view- and the selection of food and beverages offered throughout the ride. The boat was very clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was very smooth. I really appreciated the waiting area with seats so that my mother, who is limited mobility, could sit while we waited for departure. I would recommend this boat ride to everyone who is planning to visit Paris!

My daughter and I went on the Bateaux Parisiens Lunch Cruise and we both loved it!! The service was excellent, the food delicious and the views amazing.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish.
We did this 15 years ago on our 25th anniversary and loved it so as our 40th this year decided to do it again and was not disappointed at all....plenty to drink food lovely.....felt so special very romantic & value for money.

Our party of 6 did the lunch cruise and it was wonderful. This was our 1st cruise and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to additional request. The host on board gave us extra attention and explained some of the places as we sailed by. We'll do again.

Excellent voyage

Very useful place to get tickets. We bought ticket for Lido and Versailles, no need to printed, just an e-ticket in you phone and voila!

We had a lovely cruise on the Seine. Sophie was a wonderful waitress, efficient and cheerful; also sympathetic and supportive when we were emotional upon seeing Notre Dame cathedral after its fire. The food was delicious, as was the wine, and the entertainment was extremely pleasant. It would have been nice if the recorded commentary had been more clear and informative, nevertheless we will recommend your cruises to all our friends.

The food was lovely, service was excellent and the on board singers were great!

Wonderful from start to finish. The menu was really good. Lots of nice choices. Wine and apero were equally as good!

A fabulous cruise with excellent food and drinks . Service was first class

Our lunch cruise was the high-light of our stay. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We missed a train and were a little late but were very relieved to see that the boat held on a few minuties for us. The trip would certainly have not been the same had we literary 'missed the boat'. We will most definately come again. We have made recommendations to all our friends.

The lunch on the Bateaux Paris and the evening at the Belle E'poque were superb and very good value for money.

Definitely the best thing we did in Paris, not cheap but top quality staff, vessel, food & wine. A lazy afternoon spent watching the beautiful sights & views of Paris go drifting by. Not sure what to expect when you book something like this but from the moment we boarded it felt like we'd turned left on the plane - as they often say you get what you pay for & we definitely got the best here! Highly recommended without hesitation.

I took a lunch cruise with my missuis and my parents and we loved it! Great boat, great atmosphere, the food was pretty good as well. Overall great experince!

On our trips to Paris, made as frequently as possible, we always take the luncheon or dinner cruise on the Bateaux Parisiens. Excellent!!

my best friend, it was our first trip this year to Paris, and everything was so wonderfull, the People so friendly and the impressions of Paris GREAT! Thank you so much for the lunch criuses, we enjoy the ship, the Food and all of the lovely Crew, most of all the Lady, who was singing the AVE MARIA from Bach, when we saw Notre Dame... If it is possible, I will come back for more days, to see the all the interesting places of art und culture in Paris.. sorry my bad english, but it's so Long ago since I was at School. Repas excellent, personnel sympathique et professionnel et une jolie croisière qui permet de voir les monuments parisiens sous un autre angle. Et aucune précipitation dans le service. À voir et à faire.

Cadre très agréable service aux petits soins, mention particulière au serveur Joseph qui a su mettre les petits plats dans les grands, ne changez rien. Les gens passent un bon moment, et cela se ressent sur la péniche. Continuez avec fierté votre rôle et votre métier mesdames et messieurs !

Tout était parfait et nous avions même le beau temps. Personnel attentionné et professionnel. Peut être une suggestion : une «  box «  à la sortie pour donner un pourboire pour le service à partager entre les équipes

Un très agréable moment inoubliable . Le service et l’accueil du personnel de bord sont irréprochables et la qualité du repas parfaite.
Nous étions très bien placés coté baie vitrée .
Déjeuner fait à l’occasion d’un anniversaire avec un timing parfaitement réussie de la bougie sur le gâteau face à la Tour Eiffel . Je suis très satisfaite d’avoir choisi les bateaux parisiens pour cet événement.

Parfait. Du début jusqu'à la fin.
Depuis l'accueil au guichet où deux jeunes femmes ont été très agréables, jusqu'au personnel du bateau. Personnel très accueillant, souriant, disponible. Le repas était excellent et très bien présenté. Et le bateau était très propre.

Bateaux très bien, service à bord excellent. Pour le menu, des noms pompeux pour pas grand chose. En entrée, la tranche de foie gras est à peine plus grosse qu'une pièce de 2 euros. En plat il est annoncé "Fondant de bœuf sauce aux cornichons.". On pourrait s'attendre à un pavé de bœuf (filet)mais bizarre avec une telle sauce. En fait, il s'agit d'un effiloché de pot au feu. Heureusement, le dessert a rattrapé les choses.

Très agréable et bien organisé, déjeuner de qualité mais quantité un peu juste au niveau des accompagnements. Croisières appréciée par tous.

Estuvo bien, pero no me pareció una experiencia tan maravillosa como yo pensaba. Tuvimos un pequeño problema de agua, una filtración del cristal porque ese día llovía. Desde que avisamos hasta que nos cambiaron de mesa, mi pareja se mojo todo el polo y tuvimos que poner una servilleta para que no goteara. Deberían tener más cuidado con esos detalles. No es barato. La comida estuvo bien, pero no para ese precio, sin embargo el postre estaba muy bueno.

Très bon accueil, des serveurs tres agréables et à l'écoute.
Une cuisine de qualité et qui se maintient d'une année sur l'autre avec des menus differents. Continuez comme ça, c'est top!
Peut être pourriez vous proposer de pouvoir prendre un deuxième verre de champagne à la place du vin pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas de vin.

Très agréablement surpris par le niveau de la prestation. Ponctualité, service à bord impeccable, qualité du repas. Je le conseille vivement.
