What to expect
Embark on a journey to explore the abode of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet and that of the Sun King, all in a single day departing from Paris. The departure is near the Eiffel Tower at 8:30 AM, with round-trip transportation by minibus (maximum 16 people). After an hour's drive, you will first visit Claude Monet's house in Giverny (Normandy). His magnificent gardens were one of the greatest sources of inspiration for the painter. Lunch will be served at Moulin des Fourges, a restaurant with a majestic 18th-century setting, listed as a historical heritage site. The afternoon will be dedicated to the audio-guided tour of the King's and Queen's apartments, as well as the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles. You will then have ample time to visit the French gardens adjacent to the palace.Map
