Specializing in high-quality beef, this customized Steakhouse offers a wide range of beef breeds – Charolaise, Black Angus, Salers, and more – to be discovered in all their richness and uniqueness.

From flank steak to T-bone, not forgetting the filet or ribeye, to be enjoyed with homemade sauces and accompaniments, it's the full spectrum of beef flavors (rustic or delicate, smooth or bold) that unfolds, accompanied by 30 world wines served by the glass for a perfect pairing.
