It gets 4 stars for the amount of wonderful buildings and monuments we see, boat left on time wasn't too crowded, entertainment was excellent. Having said that, the dinner and wine selection was terrible. Ordered the veal filet and it was like a tiny ball of rubber, the wine selection was poor, not only did I have to wait 10 mins while my food got cold to have wine with my food, it was served hot, had to plunge the glass into an ice bucket to cool down. Very disappointing considering Paris is supposed to be the world leader in fine dining. Also fyi everyone in France smokes everywhere. Lol

Everything was fine except the service. I found it to be very slow. It took them a very long time to get me a cup of tea and even longer to get a second one which they actually forgot about....

We’ve get a entrance tickets of the Charles de Gaul Etoile with th Bateau Mouche.
The web said no need for kids.
I wondered for that but no answer about that.
Actually we need to get tickets for my kid to ride on the boat.

The dinner cruise on Bateaux-Mouches exceeded our expectations. It was an easy check in process, our table had a wonderful view of the Seine and all of the sights, the dinner was fantastic and a great value. The live entertainment was enjoyable. I don’t typically participate in very touristy events, but taking a dinner cruise with Bateaux-Mouches was wonderful! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Loved this experience! My Mom and I did this one our last night in Paris, which happened to be my birthday. The checkin process was a piece of cake, it was very easy to find the boat we needed once we learned which one was doing the 6 pm cruise. We got a very nice seat in the front. To be honest, most of the seating looked pretty great since there are so many glass windows on the boat. When we checked in we received the menu and tour itinerary. Our server came over promptly to get out beverage order and answer questions about the menu and then took our order. The food (we got the vegetarian options) was delicious! The pacing of bringing the food out was well-timed.

About the cruise and seeing the sights, there is no overhead announcements telling you were to look and what’s what, so be sure to look at the tour itinerary, which has a map and shows the main focal points and the names of the bridges before the cruise leaves the dock. We also had it laid out on the table so we could refer to it during the cruise. It was easy for us to spot the sights. Would highly recommend!

This was an amazing last minute activity that I scheduled. Would have been 5 stars with the exception my fish entrée came out rather cold. Other than that service, boat, entertainment, was top notch!

It wasn't so much a tour as it was just a way to get tickets and in queue to get into the Eiffel Tower

We had a good time on the dinner cruise. We appreciated the online reservation process. It was a bit confusing where to go once we reached the dock as there were many boats but no signs for this particular cruise. The food was good. It would have been nice to have had a tour guide explaining the Paris landmarks as we went by to enhance the route map we received. Having an onboard photographer was great!

Very nice evening, good food and excellent view.
We were out on a romantic evening. But we were sitting next to a table with very noisy children and young people, who were running back and fort the whole trip, wich was very annoying

Too much information about other landmarks and history of Paris we just wanted an Eiffel Tower your as we had done the other monuments went over time and we had other trips booked so had to leave early.

I have given 5 stars because when I booked our ticket I found the website easy to navigate and your service to be prompt and efficient. Unfortunately I made a terrible mistake and got dates muddled. We were in Paris for two nights and I was sure our dinner cruise was for the Saturday. When I checked the ticket on the Saturday morning I discovered that we should have gone on the FRIDAY. So we missed it. Thanks for asking for feedback..another reason for 5 stars as I always think it shows real interest in customer e periemce
