On the occasion of Valentine’s Day 2026, the Chef invites you to enjoy a refined gastronomic experience, designed to celebrate love in an elegant and romantic setting. Priced at €85 per person, this exclusive menu begins with a glass of champagne accompanied by the Chef’s amuse-bouche, setting the tone for an evening of finesse and indulgence.

A delicate starter

The experience continues with subtle wild mushroom and langoustine ravioli, enhanced by a shellfish cream sauce. A delicate and fragrant starter that beautifully combines the richness of seafood with the depth of forest flavors.

A choice of main course between land and sea

For the main course, let yourself be tempted by one of the Chef’s two creations:
– a Wellington-style veal medallion, served with truffled mashed potatoes and a rich Saint-Amour wine jus, a perfect balance of character and elegance;
– or a monkfish medallion, accompanied by black rice and a delicate beurre blanc, lifted by subtle notes of pineapple and ginger for a fresh and exotic touch.
