The dinner is excellent! Environment is excellent! Music is excellent!

The service was rushing! We didn't have a chance to finish my main dish! The waiting time to board the boat is late one hour or even longer! We was standing in line in cold weather with high heels. We didn't welcome 2016 under Eiffel Tower, because the boat left late!

Wonderful way to see the City of Light

Our family of 4 visited Paris in late May. The Dinner Cruise we went on was great; we went on the 9:00pm cruise, which proved to be a great choice because we were able to see Paris all lit up. The food, albeit foreign, was very good, and the service was fantastic. I would recommend paying the little bit of extra money to request a table by the window because it is definitely worth it. You are able to see many of Paris' most breathtaking monuments up close and personal without obstruction. All things considered, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Paris!

Much Better than Expected Experience

Our river boat dinner cruise was, quite frankly, better than expected. We were blessed with a large round table at the very front of the boat with the best views. Dinner was okay but nothing special ... nothing wrong. I had a group of 14 people and they were certainly wowed by the scenery. The service staff was outstanding. If the food quality and temperature would just climb a notch, it would be a very high recommendation to others. All said, I would book again!

Would recommend!

I booked a very nice Seine Cruise and it was great! The only downfall was that the phone number we had on the ticket for calling Come to Paris, was not correct and it went to somebody´s home. That was very unpleasant.

Jai réservé via le site Come to Paris un diner croisière à Paris. Tout sest bien passé.Jai reçu le flyer dans les temps par mail et notre diner croisère sest déroulé comme prévu, tel que cela était décrit sur le siteNous avons très bien mangé et passé un agréable moment

La croisière Capitaine fracasse est bien. Néanmoins, des améliorations sont à apporter:
-Le repas: le plat était froid, trouver une solution pour servir le repas chaud

Capitaine Fracasse - A mesma experiência pelo melhor custo benefício (metade do preço dos demais). Excelente jantar (cardápio gourmet semelhante aos demais - só muda o vinho). Bom atendimento e serviço. Eu e minha esposa super indicamos.

Gracias Come to París!

Recientemente estuvimos en París, y gracias a esta gran empresa pudimos celebrar nuestro aniversario, a pesar de graves inconvenientes que pudieron impedir nuestra cena romántica. Pero gracias a Come to París pudimos sobreponernos a ello, y por eso los recomendamos ampliamente. Son una empresa muy eficiente y con gran sensibilidad.

Retard dans la montée sur le bateau et attente dehors dans le froid mais une fois sur le bateau pas de soucis, nous avons passé une bonne soirée.

Vous signaliez sur vos documents l'embarquement à 21h alors que l'embarquement était prévu à 21h45 par le prestataire et qu'il n'a eu lieu qu'à 22h10. Plus de précisions nous auraient évité une attente trop longue

la soirée restaurant sur le cne Fracasse impeccable: repas musique, service. Par contre grand et mon mécontentement d'avoir comme tous les autres clients du attendre dans le froid 30 minutes, départ prévu impérativement à 21h30 suivant votre mail et effectif à 21h30. S'il avait neigé où autre, "catastrophe". Je n'ai pu me réchauffer qu’âprés 30 minutes à ma table. Je pense qu'il y a un gros travail à faire de ce côté.

Petit problème d'errance sur le quai, mais au final une super ballade et un succulent repas

Vaut la peine sans aucun doute, le reps était de qualité et la ballade romantique à souhait! Je souhaiterais un peu plus d'informations quant au quai où il fallait se rendre. Le capitaine fracasse possède un service de qualité et un cuisinier hors pair Merci à l'équipe

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre visite de Paris en bateau. Seul Bémol les audio guides qui été gélés, certains enfants ayant trop froid ont préféré ne pas écouter les commentaires de la visite.
