"La Culmination" follows, a refined dish perfected to the highest standards. Saint-Jacques served with a venerable rice risotto, enhanced with champagne vanilla espuma, creates an exceptional harmony of textures and tastes. Next, a stuffed duck breast with morel mushrooms, glazed with cognac, served with mashed new potatoes with Guérande butter and chestnuts from Limousin, offers a perfect marriage between the delicacy of the poultry and the richness of autumn flavors.

Finally, "L'Envoûtement" concludes this gastronomic journey with a surprise sweet creation by the Chef, a magical and mysterious creation that awakens the taste buds for a memorable finale.
