Jean SEVEGNE, Head Chef at Ladurée, and Claire HEITZLER, Head Pastry Chef at Ladurée, have crafted a menu around the iconic products of the Ladurée house: the foie gras to share, the puff pastry with farm-raised chicken or lobster for Jean, and the chocolate entremet for two with a melting heart for Claire.
