What to expect

Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Ladurée Bonaparte restaurant is an invitation to indulgence, a tribute to elegance and tradition. The Prussian Blue Lounge on the first floor offers a comfortable, subdued, and intimate atmosphere, reminiscent of a private home (Decor by Roxane Rodriguez).

Every moment spent in these lounges should be a perfect harmony between visual pleasure and palate delight. Jean SEVEGNE, Head Chef at Ladurée, and Claire HEITZLER, Head Pastry Chef at Ladurée, have crafted a menu around the iconic products of the Ladurée house: the foie gras to share, the puff pastry with farm-raised chicken or lobster for Jean, and the chocolate entremet for two with a melting heart for Claire.

The history of Parisian tea salons is intimately linked to the history of the Ladurée family. It all began in 1862 when Louis Ernest Ladurée, a man from the southwest, opened a bakery in Paris at 16 Rue Royale.

The creation of their decorations is always an intense adventure. The architects of the Ladurée house build, paint, sew, and upholster with the sole aim of inspiring dreams.
