What to expect
The Cité des sciences et de l’industrie is the largest science museum in Europe! Through its constantly renewed temporary exhibitions and iconic permanent spaces, the Cité offers countless opportunities to be amazed. Step aboard the submarine L’Argonaute, launch into Mission spatiale, uncover the secrets of the brain, explore the challenges of the climate emergency, discover robots, or dive into the world of video games with the e-LAB.
The journey continues at the planetarium, where 360° projections and shows presented by science mediators take you to the heart of the sciences of the Universe.
Create your visit according to your preferences, without forgetting a gourmet break in one of our restaurants and a stop at our bookshop-boutique to take home a souvenir.
Timings
Opening from Tuesday to Sunday:
- Permanent and temporary exhibitions: from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (until 7 p.m. on Sundays)
- Argonaute: from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (until 6:30 p.m. on Sundays)
- Planetarium: sessions of 35 to 40 minutes starting from 12 p.m.
The Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie is closed every Monday, on January 1st, May 1st, and December 25th.
With a ticket for permanent and temporary exhibitions, access to the planetarium sessions is free. You need to obtain a voucher at the reception or from the automatic distributors in the museum to choose your session.

Reduced price (visitors aged 6 to 25 inclusive, as well as education professionals and holders of the Large Family Card): €12
Tickets for children aged 2 to 5 inclusive are sold only on site for €4.

Upon presentation of a disability card, a valid AAH (Adult Disability Allowance) certificate (+ ID), or a "war veteran" disability card. In all three cases, free admission extends to the accompanying adult.

Social welfare recipients: Proof of Pôle Emploi (French public employment service) status or RSA (French minimum income benefit) certificate dated within the last 6 months + ID.
Tickets grant access to the permanent and temporary exhibitions, the planetarium, and the Argonaute. They do not provide access to either the Children's City or the Baby City.

Un problème: il fallait savoir que pour chaque exposition il fallait retenir à l'avance ou à l'entrée un pass pour un créneau de visite
