A gourmet lounge offering a generous menu of hot and cold drinks, savory dishes, and sweet treats to satisfy every craving at any time of the day. Breakfasts, lunches, or afternoon snacks – moments of pure indulgence to be savored comfortably on the terrace or nestled in the lounge, while the end of the day makes way for signature cocktails and savory sharing plates.

“The recipes we offer are classics of gastronomy that I particularly enjoy, and the creations were developed in collaboration with Chef Anaïs Dutilleul. The dishes are prepared, according to the seasons, using the finest ingredients, each one infused with the touch of indulgence inherent to my craft as a Pastry Chef.
I wanted to share with you my passion and taste for the best ingredients, sourced from artisans and producers who care deeply about quality and the environment. Among my signature starters: a tangy heart of gravlax salmon paired with fresh grapefruit, or the pissaladière with slow-cooked sweet onions and Cantabrian anchovies – unless you're tempted by the warmth of a rockfish soup. In winter, you’ll find our signature savory French toast with Paris mushrooms and roasted hazelnuts from Piedmont.
And the highlight of the menu, a true transposition of pastry savoir-faire: jubilant savory French toasts that come in endless variations. “Bouchées à la reine” or pâté en croûte, directly inspired by the pastry repertoire, are also showcased during the autumn season. And for a quick lunch, enjoy delicious gourmet sandwiches, including a reimagined croque-monsieur made with 24-month-aged Comté, Prince de Paris white ham, and soft Japanese milk bread.
In line with my values, great care is taken in selecting each ingredient from the best producers and artisans – whether local to the Île-de-France or from across France. For instance, our organic eggs come from Les P’tites Cocotte d’Édith in Essonne, our organic tomatoes and eggplants from urban farm Cultivate in northern Paris, and our asparagus from La Ferme Clarisse in Sigolsheim, Alsace. The organic pistachio oil comes from the Huilerie Beaujolaise, our peas from Maison Nourrit Jules in the Bouches-du-Rhône, and our aromatic herbs are either grown on Paris rooftops by Wesh Grow or sourced from the Chevet family in Île-de-France. I also take special care in selecting meats – poultry from Normandy, and fish and shellfish from sustainable fisheries in Brittany. To accompany your meal, you’ll find a wine selection curated through my personal tastings and encounters throughout France.
For dessert – the most important part of the meal – you’ll find signature creations such as the Ispahan, Infiniment Vanille Tart, and the 2000 Feuilles, along with seasonal and limited-time pastries from the Maison Pierre Hermé Paris. These desserts are best enjoyed alongside the expertise of our baristas – a craft that shares the same precision as pastry-making, where every preparation is carefully executed to enhance the aromatic profile of each coffee or tea. And for even more indulgence, I offer a wide range of drinks and cocktails inspired by pastry savoir-faire and the Fetish flavors of the Maison: Macaron Frappés and Lattes made with milk or plant-based alternatives, to be enjoyed with a few macarons.”
