Merci à eux de m'avoir accepté, lors de la visite, ma réservation n'ayant pas fonctionné, c'était super!!!! Des explications claires et développées sur l'histoire du fromage. Les différentes étapes de fabrications, etc. Merci aux intervenants Fiona et Paul. Allez-y faire un tour......
