They do warn on the website but be aware that the climb to the top via a circular staircase can be quite tiring - there are a lot of steps! There are a couple of 'doorways' (not actual doors) on the way up where you can pause and take a breath, letting others pass by. Once up there the views are great, thoroughly recommended.
