The café is famous for its unique decor, designed by the Campana brothers, featuring colorful and original furniture inspired by the Brazilian art movement "neo-baroque." The Café Campana offers traditional French cuisine as well as international dishes and vegetarian options. Visitors can enjoy a lunch break or a coffee on the café's sunny terrace, with stunning views of the rooftops of Paris.

The MUSIAM restaurant is situated in a Belle Époque-style room adorned with crystal chandeliers and stucco moldings. The restaurant offers an elegant gastronomic experience with refined dishes prepared by the Michelin-starred chef Cyril Lignac. Visitors can choose from several menus, including a tasting menu, accompanied by a carefully selected wine list.

In conclusion, the Café Campana and the MUSIAM restaurant provide exceptional culinary experiences in unique and elegant settings. Whether it's for a quick lunch break or a gourmet dinner, these dining spaces at the Musée d'Orsay are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the city of Paris.

They do warn on the website but be aware that the climb to the top via a circular staircase can be quite tiring - there are a lot of steps! There are a couple of 'doorways' (not actual doors) on the way up where you can pause and take a breath, letting others pass by. Once up there the views are great, thoroughly recommended.
