A Wonderful Cruise

The cruise was great starting under the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower which was spectacular. Our waiter was helpful, friendly and professional. He realised one of our party was celebrating a birthday and brought a cake with a candle which was very thoughtful. (I can’t remember his name but he was from Morocco)
The only negative I can mention is that, when we boarded the boat, we were asked for extra payment; €10 per person to be seated at the window. This should have been offered at the time of booking rather in front of our guests.

Nice views/food but terrible waiter/service

Food was excellent. The views and the top part of the boat are not to miss. Waited was extremely RUDe and rushing us to order right after we sat down. Couldn’t even go through the menu (I understand I was given a menu at the moment I purchased the tickets but the experience should also allow time for customers to view menu in real time - Kind of ruined the beginning of the date). Should really work hard with customer service!
