What to expect
The current exhibitions at the Atelier des Lumières in Paris. The first digital art centre in the capital, this museum in the 11th arrondissement has a unique mission: to offer visitors fully immersive exhibitions. The works projected onto the walls and accompanied by music allow visitors to discover, in a spectacular way, the subtleties of the works of the greatest artists.
Between technological prowess and a reimagined history of art, the Atelier des Lumières is designed to inspire wonder, build bridges between eras, and enhance past works through the lens of modern technologies. Its concept is notably inspired by the Carrières des Lumières in Baux-de-Provence.
The exhibitions bring more than 3,000 images to life. With 120 video projectors and 50 speakers with controlled directivity, there is every reason to believe that the experience will leave visitors with unforgettable memories.
