The tasting session will be based on 5 food and wine love specialties ( 2 champagnes and chocolates + 3 wines and chocolates). The chocolates are candy chocolates made especially for the occasion on demand by our chocolate maker( 1 candy per person for example: milk chocolate with salty butter or dark chocolate with blackcurrants).
We also add a chocolate “palet” with a specific percentage of cocoa per person.
Then, go to the Lido for a romantic evening with dinner, show, champagne… and lots of surprises!

Enter hand in hand the magical world of perfumes and explore a complete range of fragrances… La Belle Ecole offers you a unique opportunity to try to recreate a perfume and to understand its composition.
An expert will introduce you to more than twenty-five natural or synthetic raw materials with enchanting names (rose, jasmine, amber, musk…). You will discover the olfactory families' classifications and the work of the perfume maker before creating your very own fragrance. You will be able to leave the class with your own creation.
